Licensing Terms for CodGarden

All digital assets (including WordPress themes, PHP scripts, plugins, mobile source codes, and graphics) available on CodGarden (https://codgarden.com) are protected by international copyright laws. When you purchase or download an item, you are not buying the product itself; you are purchasing a **License** to use that item under specific conditions.
By completing a purchase or downloading any asset from CodGarden, you agree to comply with the terms of the applicable license outlined below.
1. Premium Asset Licenses
We offer two primary types of commercial licenses for premium digital assets: **Regular License** and **Extended License**.
A. Regular License (Single-Use)
The Regular License is the standard option for most personal and client projects.
* **Permitted Use:** You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the asset in **one (1) single end-product** (e.g., one website, one application, or one client project).
* **Modifications:** You can fully modify the source code or design to fit the needs of that single end-product.
* **SaaS & End-Users:** You may use the asset for a website that charges users a subscription fee, provided the asset itself is not what is being sold or redistributed.
B. Extended License (Multi-Site / Developer)
The Extended License is designed for developers, agencies, or platforms building larger ecosystems.
* **Permitted Use:** You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the asset across **multiple end-products or domains** (up to the limit specified on the product page, or unlimited if a Developer tier is chosen).
* **Resale & Redistribution Restrictions:** While you can use the asset to build a website/service for a client who pays you, you **cannot** resell the asset as a standalone product on other marketplaces or distribute the source files openly.
2. Free Items License
Items downloaded from our "Free" section are covered under a **Personal & Limited Commercial License**:
* **Personal Use:** Unlimited use for personal, educational, testing, or staging environments.
* **Commercial Use:** Restricted to one (1) commercial project per download.
* **Strict Prohibition:** You may not redistribute, share, host, or sub-license free assets on external file-sharing sites, forums, or competing networks.
3. Global Prohibitions (Applies to ALL Licenses)
Regardless of the license tier you purchase or download, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
* **Sub-Licensing & Sharing:** You cannot share your download links, purchase codes, or source files with third parties outside your direct organization or development team.
* **Trademark Extraction:** You cannot use any logos, brand names, or trademarked graphics included within a theme or script as your own independent trademark.
* **Competitor Products:** You cannot use the source code of an asset to build a directly competing marketplace item or cloning service.
* **Nulled Distribution:** You may not redistribute modified, "nulled", or stripped versions of premium assets anywhere on the internet.
4. License Verification & Enforcement
* **Purchase Codes:** Every premium transaction generates a unique **Purchase Code / License Key**. Authors and CodGarden administrators may request this code to verify your license before providing technical support or automatic updates.
* **Domain Registration:** Certain complex scripts or API plugins may require you to register your target domain in your CodGarden dashboard to activate automatic update streams.
* **Legal Action:** CodGarden actively monitors unauthorized asset distribution. Violating these licensing terms will result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of active licenses without a refund, and potential legal action for copyright infringement.
