By purchasing, downloading, or using any premium digital assets (including but not limited to WordPress themes, PHP scripts, mobile source codes, plugins, and graphic templates) from our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Premium Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before completing any transaction. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not authorized to purchase or use any premium products listed on CodGarden.
All premium products on CodGarden are granted under specific digital licenses. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, every premium purchase comes with a Single-Use License:
Scope of Use: A single-use license permits you to use the downloaded asset in one single end-product or website (either for personal or client use).
Multi-Site/Developer License: If you wish to use an asset across multiple domains or client projects, you must purchase the appropriate multi-site or developer license variant available on the checkout page.
Prohibitions: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sub-license, or share the source files of any premium product downloaded from CodGarden, even if modified. Doing so will result in immediate termination of your license and account.
Pricing: CodGarden reserves the right to modify the prices of premium assets at any time without prior notice.
Payment Processing: All secure financial transactions are processed via certified third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). CodGarden does not directly store or handle your credit/debit card information.
Taxes: Prices displayed on the site may be subject to VAT, sales taxes, or digital service taxes depending on your billing country or geographic location.
Upon successful payment completion, your premium digital asset will be made available for immediate download in your CodGarden Account Dashboard.
It is your responsibility to maintain active credentials to access your purchase history. CodGarden does not guarantee perpetual availability of download links if an item is legally removed from our platform by the author or for copyright compliance.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all premium purchases on CodGarden are final and non-refundable once the product files have been downloaded or accessed. Since digital goods cannot be physically "returned," we only honor refund requests under the following strict conditions:
Product is Broken/Non-Functional: The asset contains fatal code errors and does not function as advertised on its live preview page.
Misrepresentation: The product delivered is completely different from its description and preview assets.
Unresolved Support Issues: You have contacted product support, and your technical issue remains unresolved after 7 business days.
Note: Change of mind, lack of technical skills to install the item, or incompatibility with third-party web configurations do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
Updates: Buyers are entitled to download product updates (bug fixes and compatibility patches) for a specific period (typically 6 to 12 months) as stated on the product detail page at the time of purchase.
Support Limits: Premium support is limited to correcting core code malfunctions and answering standard setup questions. Custom design changes, script modification, or custom server setups are not covered under free product support.
All digital items available on CodGarden remain the intellectual property of their respective creators/authors. CodGarden holds the legal right to facilitate licenses for these products.
DMCA Compliance: We strictly respect copyright laws. If you believe any premium script, theme, or graphic file hosted on our platform violates your intellectual property rights, please submit a formal DMCA takedown request to our compliance team immediately.
CodGarden provides all premium assets on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the products will meet all of your requirements or be completely error-free. In no event shall CodGarden be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or website data) arising from the use or inability to use our premium items.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and invalidate your product licenses without refund if we detect suspicious activities, automated scrapping, code piracy, sharing download links on third-party forums, or fraudulent chargebacks.
These Premium Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international digital copyright and electronic commerce regulations. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to CodGarden's legal operations.
